Amazing location, amenities and staff. The breakfast is real and LEGIT. RAJ is the man and professional supreme with a genuine human heart. Kennedy and Essence were always pleasant and helpful during my stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. It was an added bonus that they came around and asked if we wanted bottled water. My only issues: The Pool: If you have intentions on swimming, please reconsider. The pool was extremely cold. So cold that i had to immediately jump out. I thought it was weird that the hotel had lots of kids, but no one was in the pool - i soon found out why. Asked the rep if it's always that cold. Instead of giving a direct answer she stated that they couldn't turn the pool heater on because it activates the fire alarm. The parking: I'm still a bit confused about the parking even a week after our trip due to some of the reviews. I didn't pay online because there wasn't an option to do so after entering my information. Inquired at the front desk and was told that it would appear on my bill. I will update you all if i do get a bill. Please also note that parking seems to be like that in several places we visited around the city, so please be prepared and read all the signs! The water pressure: weaker than spongebob.

Stayed here for work and the location was perfect. Arrived and checked in to some excellent service that went above and beyond to take care of me after riding through a hailstorm to get here. I didn't get to see him later in the week, but thank you to whoever checked me in! The hotel was quiet earlier in the week, but started to fill up as the week progressed. Though it didn't seemed packed. Parking was available, breakfast started the day right, and the rooms were peaceful.

Clean, Comfortable & Couldn't Ask for More! Hyatt House Frisco is in a great area with easy access to everything. Our room was clean, quiet, and well laid out — with a comfortable sofa seating area and a dedicated desk space, it felt more like a suite than a standard hotel room. The bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and the finishes felt updated and fresh. But what really stood out was how clean everything was. Top to bottom, it was spotless. Simple as that — we couldn't ask for more. Would absolutely stay again!
